PSA rates these frames a 7, but we here at the Bespectacled Spectacle rate them closer to a 5.5- a clear tone and basic shape that have class but lack pizazz. Bob, a Kent State grad, was kind of the same way; he hit a home run in his first two at bats in the majors, and rates (according to Bill James) as the 119th finest left fielder in the history of the game.
